Terms and Conditions of Use and Stay

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Kudat Golf & Marina Resort website and/or making a reservation for a stay or service at the resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or make a booking.

2. Reservations and Bookings

3. Cancellation and Amendments
Standard Policy: Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the rate and package booked. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the resort reserves the right to charge the full cost of the first night's stay, or the full cost of the stay, as specified in the booking policy.
Force Majeure: The resort is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to acts of God (natural disasters), government authority, war, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Identification: Valid photo identification (e.g., Passport or Malaysian IC) must be presented upon check-in for all registered guests.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the resort property, fixtures, or fittings caused by themselves or their visitors.
Conduct: The resort reserves the right to refuse admission or request the immediate departure of any guest whose conduct is deemed unacceptable or violates resort policies, without a refund.
Age: Reservations must be made by a person at least [18] years old.

We are not liable for the loss or damage of any personal items or property brought onto the resort premises.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Changes to Terms
Kudat Golf & Marina Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the website.
